SINGAPORE YOULOFT TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. is the operator of the Pawfex AI App software (hereinafter referred to as "we," "us," or "our"). Pawfex AI App places great importance on the privacy and personal information protection of its users. When you use our products and/or services, we may collect and use your relevant information. We hope to explain to you through this "Pawfex AI App Privacy Policy" ("this Privacy Policy") how we collect, use, store, share, and transfer this information when you use our products and/or services, as well as the ways we provide for you to access, update, delete, and protect this information. At the same time, we are committed to adopting corresponding security protection measures in accordance with mature industry security standards to protect your personal information.

(I) How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information
In order to provide you with, and to enable you to obtain better and more personalized products and services, we will collect your personal information in the following ways when you use our products and services. If you do not provide your personal information, we may not be able to provide you with our corresponding services.
We will only collect information that is necessary, specific, explicit, and for legitimate purposes for the services you choose, and will not further process relevant information in a manner inconsistent with these purposes. Depending on the services you choose, we may collect one or more of the following types of information:
1. Information You Actively Provide or Upload When Using Our Services
We will collect some necessary personal information for the corresponding services based on the services you choose from the information you provide to us or upload. For example:
(1) When you register and log in to Pawfex AI App, if you use a mobile phone number to register, we will verify your identity by sending an SMS verification code; if you use a third-party account (WeChat, QQ, Apple) to log in to Pawfex AI App, you will provide the nickname and profile picture information associated with the third-party account.
(2) If you upload, create, or edit images or videos, we will request your authorization for access to your photo album and camera. If you refuse to grant authorization, you will not be able to use this function, but it will not affect your normal use of other functions of Pawfex AI App.
(3) If you upload or save images or videos, you will need to provide device storage read/write and access permissions. If you refuse to grant authorization, you will not be able to upload or save the images and videos you create and edit, but it will not affect your normal use of other functions of Pawfex AI App.
We need to remind you in particular that: as our products may launch new business functions, it may be necessary to collect new personal information or change the purpose or method of using personal information. If a function or product/service that requires the collection of your personal information is not described in this "Privacy Policy," we will separately explain the purpose, content, method of use, and scope of such information collection to you through updates to this policy, page prompts, pop-up windows, etc., and provide you with a way to give your autonomous consent, and collect it after obtaining your explicit consent. In this process, if you have any doubts about related matters, you can contact us through the methods provided at the beginning or end of this document, and we will reply as soon as possible.
2. Face Data Policy
(1) Special notice regarding face data collected by [Pawfex AI]
We analyze your photos to identify the feature points of the face (eyes, nose, mouth points) for face processing. We do not collect face data. After the analysis process is completed, all data will be deleted, and no data will be saved. Refusing to provide the above information may prevent you from using the core functions, but it will not affect the normal use of other functions and services.
(2) Purpose and process of collecting face data. In order to provide you with "face-swapping" related effects, we need to identify the feature points of the face (eyes, nose, mouth points).
The complete process is as follows:
(a) You submit the selected photo to our server in an encrypted manner;
(b) The server analyzes the face data in your photo and applies it to the template you have selected;
(c) After the synthesis is complete, the server returns the final rendered effect to you through the application;
(d) The final synthesized effect (i.e., your "work") will be temporarily stored in encrypted storage and will be permanently deleted after production is complete. After the synthesis process is complete, we will immediately delete the face image you submitted to the server.
(3) Sharing and storage of face data
We will not share your face data with any third party, nor will we store any face information you submit. After the analysis process is completed, the photos you upload will be deleted.
3. Information We Obtain When You Use Our Services
When you use Pawfex AI App, we will receive and record your device information and behavioral data, which are used to identify users, record system failures and analyze the causes of system failures, analyze user behavior, conduct data analysis and research, etc., to enhance your user experience with the application.
Unique identification codes and device information: To ensure the secure operation of the software and services, prevent your personal information from being illegally obtained, and more accurately prevent fraud and protect account security, we will collect your device information (device manufacturer, device model, device language, device name, application list information, hardware serial number, operating system and application version and type, language settings, resolution, IP address, GPS location, system platform, system version), application package name and version, application foreground and background time, device serial number, independent device identifier (Android ID, iOS advertising identifier (IDFA), network card (MAC) address, International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI), anonymous device identifier (OAID, Zhuoxin ID), International Mobile Subscriber Identity (IMSI) base station information, MEID, ICCID, GAID), SIM card information/carrier information, package name information, sensor information, Bluetooth information, WIFI status information, CPU information, memory information, battery usage, network access method and type, status, network quality data, and operation log information. If you do not agree to our collection of the foregoing information, you may not be able to complete the risk control verification.
(2) Necessary behavioral data generated when you use Pawfex AI App services, including but not limited to: browsing, clicking, collecting, sharing, liking, providing feedback, publishing, etc., used to record system failures and analyze the causes of system failures, analyze user behavior, conduct data analysis and research, etc., to promote the improvement and optimization of our products and services. The above information will only be obtained during the period you use this product.
4. Information About You Provided by Third Parties
We may obtain user personal information from business partners through legal channels. Information shared by other Pawfex AI App users during their use of our products may also contain your information. For example, we may obtain the account information (profile picture, nickname, region) that you have authorized to be shared from third parties such as WeChat/Weibo/QQ/Alipay/Apple, and after you agree to this Privacy Policy, we will bind your third-party account with your Pawfex AI App account, so that you can directly log in and use our products and/or services through the third-party account. We will use your personal information in accordance with the agreement with the third party and after confirming the legality of the source of the personal information, and in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
5. You should be aware that in the following situations, we may collect and use personal information without your authorization or consent:
(1) Related to national security and national defense security;
(2) Related to public safety, public health, and major public interests;
(3) Related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments;
(4) For the purpose of safeguarding the major legitimate rights and interests of the personal information subject or other individuals, such as life and property, but it is difficult to obtain the consent of the person;
(5) The personal information collected is disclosed to the public by the personal information subject himself/herself;
(6) Your personal information is collected from legally and publicly disclosed information, such as legal news reports, government information disclosure, and other channels;
(7) Necessary for signing a contract at your request;
(8) Necessary for maintaining the safe and stable operation of the products and/or services provided, such as discovering and handling faults in the products and/or services;
(9) Necessary for legal news reporting;
(10) When academic research institutions conduct statistical or academic research for the public interest, and when providing the results of academic research or descriptions to the public, the personal information contained in the results is de-identified;
(11) Other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations.
(II) Rules for Our Use of Your Personal Information
We will strictly abide by the content stated in this Privacy Policy and its updates to use your personal information. Your personal information will only be used for the purposes determined at the time of collection and with your consent. If there are any other uses, we will obtain your consent in advance.
1. The personal information we collect will be used to ensure the functionality and security of our products and services, and to prevent and investigate fraud or other improper use.
2. The personal information we collect will be used for the development of our products and services, although in general, we only use aggregated and statistical information for this purpose.
3. The personal information we collect will be used to communicate with you, for example, to send you a notification as soon as this application product or service is updated or released.
4. If you participate in sweepstakes, contests, or similar promotional activities held by this application, we will use the personal information you provide to manage such activities.
(III) How You Can Access and Control Your Information
We will do everything possible to take appropriate technical measures to ensure that you can access, update, and correct your registration information or other personal information provided when using our services. When accessing, updating, correcting, and deleting your personal information, we may require you to perform identity verification to protect the security of your account.
2. Accessing Information
(1) To view your nickname and profile picture, you can do so by going to "Me - Click on the profile picture or nickname in the upper left corner - Personal Information".
(2) To view your recorded track information, you can do so by going to "Me - Records".
3. Changing Information
(1) To change your nickname, profile picture, gender, or weight, you can do so by going to "Me - Click on the profile picture or nickname in the upper left corner - Personal Information".
4. Deleting Information
(1) If you need to delete personal information, you can do so by going to "Phone Settings - Application Management - Pawfex AI App - Delete Data/Clear Cache". If you find that our collection and use of your personal information violates laws, administrative regulations, or the agreement with you, or if the information is incorrect, you can request the deletion of the relevant collected information through the methods listed in "(XII) How to Contact Us".
5. Revoking Authorization
You can change the scope of your consent or withdraw your authorization by changing privacy permissions in "Phone Settings - Applications - Application Management - Pawfex AI App - Permissions", "Phone Settings - Privacy - Permission Management - Pawfex AI App", or by turning off device functions in the operating system. You can also contact us to change your information through the contact methods published in Section (XI) of this policy.
6. Cancelling Your Account
You can do so by going to "Me - Click on Settings in the upper right corner - Cancel Account". When you cancel your account, we will retain your relevant information in accordance with the provisions of the "Cybersecurity Law of the People's Republic of China" and other laws and regulations. After the statutory retention period expires, we will delete or anonymize your personal information.
7. Complaints and Feedback
If you have any comments or suggestions, you can do so by going to "Me - Click on Settings in the upper right corner - Feedback".
Please understand that due to differences in mobile devices, the methods for deleting/cancelling data and modifying permissions may vary. If you have any questions, you can contact this platform. When you perform the above operations, we will not be able to continue to provide you with the services corresponding to the withdrawn consent or authorization, but it will not affect the processing of personal information previously carried out based on your authorization.
(IV) How We Share, Transfer, and Publicly Disclose Your Personal Information
1. Sharing: We strictly restrict the sharing of information in accordance with laws and regulations. In principle, we will not share your personal information with any company, organization, or individual other than Pawfex AI App, except in the following cases:
(1) With your prior explicit consent or authorization;
(2) To achieve the purposes described in Section (I) "How We Collect and Use Information" of this Privacy Policy;
(3) To fulfill our obligations and exercise our rights under this Privacy Policy or other agreements we have reached with you;
(4) To maintain and improve our services. We may share your information with our service providers and other partners (e.g., communication service providers who send emails or push notifications on our behalf) to help us provide you with more targeted and complete services;
(5) When necessary to provide in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, legal process requirements, or mandatory administrative or judicial requirements;
(6) To the extent permitted by law and regulations, to protect Pawfex AI App, its affiliates or partners, you or other Pawfex AI App users, or the public interest, property, or safety from harm;
(7) Sharing with third parties such as partners who entrust us with promotion, for the purpose of enabling such entrusting parties to understand the coverage and effectiveness of the promotion. For example, we can inform the entrusting party how many people have seen their promotional information or purchased the entrusting party's goods after seeing this information, or provide them with statistical information that does not identify individuals to help them understand their audience or customers.
(8) Only by sharing your information can we realize the core functions of our products and/or services or provide the services you need;
(9) To handle disputes or controversies between you and others at your request;
(10) To provide your information at the legal request of your guardian;
(11) Provided in accordance with the individual service agreement signed with you (including the electronic agreement signed online and the corresponding platform rules) or other legal documents; used for academic research;
(12) Used for the public interest in compliance with laws and regulations;
(13) Only for the purpose of external processing, after being processed by means such as encryption and anonymization, it is shared with third-party partners. For the security of your information, we have signed strict data security and confidentiality agreements with third-party SDK/API service providers, and these companies will strictly abide by our data privacy and security requirements. We will not share your personally identifiable information with them without your authorization. In order to provide users with more services, ensure service stability and quality, or upgrade related functions, we may adjust the third-party SDKs we access. At that time, we will promptly explain the latest situation of the third-party SDKs that collect user information to you on this page. For information about the identity of the third party, the type of SDK, the type of personal information collected, the purpose of collection, and the link to the third party's privacy policy, please refer to Appendix 1 "Pawfex AI App and Third-Party Information Sharing List" at the end of this article.
2. Information Use Rules
(1) We may share your personal information with our affiliates. However, we will only share necessary personal information and are bound by the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy. If our affiliates want to change the purpose of processing personal information, they will ask for your authorization and consent again.
(2) We will only share your information for legal, legitimate, necessary, specific, and explicit purposes. For companies, organizations, and individuals with whom we share information, we require them to process the information in accordance with our instructions, this "Privacy Policy," and any other relevant confidentiality and security measures.
(3) Please be aware that even if we have obtained your authorization and consent, we will only share your personal information for legal, legitimate, necessary, specific, and explicit purposes, and will try to de-identify the personal information in the shared content.
3. Transfer: We will not sell your personal information to any company, organization, or individual, unless (a) after obtaining your explicit consent, we will transfer your personal information to other parties; (b) in the event of a merger, acquisition, or bankruptcy liquidation, if personal information is transferred, we will require the new company or organization holding your personal information to continue to be bound by this privacy policy, otherwise we will require the company or organization to re-seek your authorization and consent.
4. Public Disclosure: We will only publicly disclose your personal information under the following circumstances, and on the premise of taking security protection measures that comply with legal and industry standards: (a) with your explicit consent; (b) based on laws and regulations, legal procedures, litigation, or mandatory requirements of government authorities. (c) to comply with the requirements of relevant government agencies or other legally authorized organizations; (d) we have reason to believe that it is necessary to comply with relevant laws and regulations; (e) to enforce relevant service agreements or this policy; (f) we believe it is reasonably necessary to comply with applicable laws and regulations, maintain the public interest, or protect the personal and property safety or legitimate rights and interests of us or our group companies, our customers, other users, or employees.
(V) How We Store, Protect, and Manage Your Information
1. Information Storage Location: The personal information we collect and generate within the territory of the People's Republic of China will be stored within the territory of the People's Republic of China. If in the future it is necessary to transfer relevant personal information collected domestically to overseas institutions to handle cross-border business, we will obtain your consent in advance, and implement it in accordance with the provisions of laws, administrative regulations, and relevant regulatory authorities, and through effective measures such as signing agreements and conducting inspections, require overseas institutions to keep the personal information they obtain confidential.
2. Information Storage Period: We will retain your personal information only for the period necessary to achieve the purposes described in this policy, in accordance with the time limits stipulated in the "Cybersecurity Law" and the "E-commerce Law," with a minimum period of not less than 6 months. However, in order to comply with applicable laws and regulations, court judgments or rulings, the requirements of other competent authorities, to safeguard the public interest, etc., we may appropriately extend the retention period of personal information. If the statutory retention period is exceeded, we will delete or anonymize your personal information.
3. Information Protection Management
(1) We adopt appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the personal data we collect and process. The measures we adopt are designed to provide a level of security appropriate to the risk of processing personal data and have obtained the "Level 3 certification for information system security." We adopt industry-standard practices to protect your personal information and prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, use, modification, damage, or loss of information. To this end, we have established a personal information and privacy protection team (the contact information of the person in charge of personal information protection can be found in Section (XII) "How to Contact Us" of this policy). We will take all reasonable and feasible measures to protect your personal information and ensure that no personal information irrelevant to the services provided by Pawfex AI App is collected.
(2) We will do our best to protect your personal information, but please understand that due to technical limitations and various possible malicious means, in the Internet industry, it is impossible to always guarantee 100% security of information. You need to understand that the systems and communication networks you use to access our services may have problems due to factors beyond our control.
(3) In the event of a personal information security incident, we will, in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations, promptly inform you of: the basic situation and possible impact of the security incident, the disposal measures we have taken or will take, suggestions for you to independently prevent and reduce risks, remedial measures for you, etc. We will promptly inform you of the relevant situation of the incident by email, letter, telephone, push notification, etc. When it is difficult to inform the personal information subjects one by one, we will adopt a reasonable and effective way to issue an announcement. At the same time, we will also, in accordance with the requirements of the regulatory authorities, actively report the disposal of personal information security incidents.
(4) When our products or services cease to operate, we will notify you by means of, for example, push notifications, announcements, etc., and delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period of time.
(VI) How We Use Cookies and Similar Technologies

3. Security Assurance: Cookies can help us ensure the security of data and services, and investigate cheating, hacking, and fraudulent activities against our products and services. For example, Cookies can store ticket information, which can be verified by the server to determine whether you are logging in normally on this site. After disabling the Cookie function, it may affect your access to Pawfex AI App or you may not be able to fully obtain the services provided by Pawfex AI App. Pawfex AI App will not use Cookies for any purpose other than those described in this policy. 9. Device Permission Calls: In the process of providing services, Pawfex AI App may need you to enable some device permissions according to the specific services you choose. You can choose whether to enable the permissions according to the situation, but refusing to enable the permissions may affect the effective realization of the services you choose. You can choose to close some or all of the permissions at any time in the settings function of your device, thereby refusing Pawfex AI App to collect corresponding personal information. In different devices, the display mode and closing mode of permissions may be different. For details, please refer to the instructions or guidelines of the device and system developer.
(VII) Emails and Information We Send to You
1. Email and Information Push
When you use our services, we may use your information to provide or promote our or third-party goods and services to you by email, news, push notifications, or other means. If you do not wish to receive this information, you can choose to unsubscribe on your device according to the instructions in the email we send you.
2. Service-Related Announcements

Pawfex AI App has no control over such third parties. You can choose whether to access the links, content, products, and services provided by third parties. Pawfex AI App cannot control the privacy and personal information protection policies of third parties, and such third parties are not bound by this policy. Before you submit personal information to a third party, please ensure that you read and approve of the privacy protection policies of these third parties.
(IX) Protection of Minors
1. Pawfex AI App attaches great importance to the protection of minors' personal information. We encourage parents or guardians to guide minors under the age of eighteen to use our services. We recommend that minors encourage their parents or guardians to read this policy and suggest that minors seek the consent and guidance of their parents or guardians before submitting personal information.
2. According to relevant laws and regulations, if you are a minor under the age of 18, you should obtain the explicit consent of your parent or legal guardian in advance or use it under their supervision and guidance before using this service, according to the following rules:
Minors who have reached the age of fourteen should read and agree to this policy together with their guardians before using our services, and should submit personal information with the explicit consent and guidance of their guardians;
Minors who have reached the age of fourteen but are under the age of eighteen should submit personal information with their own and their guardian's joint explicit consent and under the guidance of their guardian.
We protect the personal information of minors in accordance with relevant national laws and regulations, and will only collect, use, or publicly disclose the personal information of minors when permitted by law and with the explicit consent of a guardian. If we find that we have collected the personal information of a minor without prior verifiable guardian consent, we will try to delete the relevant data as soon as possible.

(X) Scope of Application of this Policy
All of our services are subject to this policy. Some services have their own specific privacy guidelines/statements, which more specifically explain how we process your information in that service. If there is any inconsistency between this policy and the privacy guidelines/statement of a specific service, please refer to the specific privacy guidelines/statement.
Please note that this policy does not apply to services provided by other companies or individuals. For example, third-party services that you access through the use of Pawfex AI App services. Your use of such third-party services is subject to their privacy policies (not this policy), and you need to read their policy content carefully.
(XI) Modification of this Policy
We may revise the content of this policy from time to time. If such changes are material changes that may affect your rights under this policy, we will notify you in a way that can reach you, such as by prominent notice on the page, by pushing information to your account, or by sending you an email, before the changes take effect. We will post any changes to this privacy policy on this page.
If you do not agree to such changes, you may stop using the Pawfex AI App platform products and services. If you continue to use our products and/or services, you agree to be bound by the revised privacy policy. The updated privacy policy will take effect [15] days after we publish or notify (if any) you (whichever is later).
