Thank you for registering to use the Pawfex AI APP (hereinafter referred to as "Pawfex AI APP" or "we"). To better use the products and services provided by Pawfex AI APP, please be sure to carefully read and fully understand the terms of the "Pawfex AI APP User Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as the "User Agreement" or "this Agreement"), especially the terms that exclude or limit liability, and choose to accept or not accept.
Unless you have read and accepted all the terms of this Agreement, you are not authorized to download, install, or use the related products and services provided by Pawfex AI APP. Your actions of downloading, installing, using, logging in, etc., are deemed as your having read and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.
1.1 Pawfex AI App is an internet product and service provided by SINGAPORE YOULOFT TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD.(hereinafter referred to as "the Company").
1.2 This Agreement is an agreement between the user (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "user") and Pawfex AI APP regarding the use of the products and services provided by Pawfex AI APP. The terms of this Agreement apply to all products and services provided by Pawfex AI APP. When enjoying any single service of Pawfex AI APP, the user shall be bound by this Agreement.
1.3 The content of this Agreement also includes the "Privacy Policy" and all types of rules, announcements, or notices that Pawfex AI APP has already published or may publish in the future. When you use a specific product or service of Pawfex AI APP, there may be a separate agreement, related service rules, etc. The aforementioned rules, announcements, notices, and agreements, once published, are an integral part of this Agreement, and you should also abide by them. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, you should immediately stop registering/activating and stop using the related products and services of Pawfex AI APP.
1.4 Pawfex AI APP has the right to revise this Agreement and/or various rules from time to time as needed (including but not limited to formulating new terms and modifying existing terms). The revised agreement and rules will automatically take effect immediately upon publication or at a specific time specified in the announcement. If you continue to use the products or services of Pawfex AI APP after the aforementioned announcement and revision, you are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted the revised agreement and rules. If you do not agree to the revision, you should immediately stop using the products and services provided by Pawfex AI APP.
2.1 Pawfex AI APP provides users with a variety of internet products and services. Users can use, share, and purchase the products and services provided by Pawfex AI APP through Pawfex AI APP products. Users have the right to obtain the products and services provided by Pawfex AI APP, but Pawfex AI APP has the right to charge service or product fees arising therefrom.
2.2 Pawfex AI APP will do its best to provide unimpeded online services, but the platform's network access services may be affected by various factors, resulting in blocked, restricted, or terminated links. We will not be liable for any losses or inconveniences caused to you as a result.
2.3 Some of the products and services provided by Pawfex AI APP require payment. Users need to pay a certain fee to Pawfex AI APP to use such products. For paid products and services, we will give users clear prompts before they use them. Only when the user confirms their willingness to pay the relevant fees according to the prompts can the user use/continue to use such paid products and services. If the user refuses to pay the relevant fees, Pawfex AI APP has the right not to provide the user with such paid products and services.
2.4 Pawfex AI APP only provides online products and services. In addition, the equipment related to network services (such as mobile phones, personal computers, and other devices related to accessing the internet or mobile network) and the required fees (such as telephone fees and internet access fees paid for accessing the internet, and mobile phone fees paid for using the mobile network) shall be borne by the user.
2.5 Replacement, modification, and upgrade of Pawfex AI APP;
2.5.1 To enhance user experience and improve service content, Pawfex AI APP has the right to develop new services based on your use status and behavior of the software;
2.5.2 To improve, enhance, and further develop the services, Pawfex AI APP has the right to provide software updates from time to time (including software upgrade replacement, modification, functional enhancement, version upgrade, etc.);
2.5.3 The user understands and agrees that Pawfex AI APP has the right to update Pawfex AI APP without special notice to you, or to change or restrict some of the functions of Pawfex AI APP.
2.5.4 After the new version of Pawfex AI APP is released, the old version may not be available. Pawfex AI APP does not guarantee that the old version of Pawfex AI APP and the corresponding services will continue to be available. To fully and timely use the services of Pawfex AI APP, please check and download the latest version at any time.
2.6 Third-party applications and services
Pawfex AI APP products provide functional modules that support third-party applications for users to use, including but not limited to tool services, image services, etc., and various services that may appear in the future. When using such applications, users should abide by this Agreement and the corresponding agreements, terms, or rules of the application. The rights and obligations between the user and the developer shall be implemented with reference to the relevant agreements, terms, or rules. When using software and services provided by third parties, users must understand and agree that:
2.6.1 When users use applications and services provided by third-party developers, the third-party developers will obtain the user's personal data and content information based on the user's authorization. This data and information are authorized to the third party by the user's own decision. The user must be clear that your act of authorizing a third party to obtain your personal data and content information may have the risk of information leakage; while using third-party services, in addition to complying with this Agreement and other relevant rules of Pawfex AI APP, you should also comply with the third party's agreement and relevant rules. If any dispute, loss, or damage arises from third-party software and related services, you shall resolve it with the third party yourself, and Pawfex AI APP shall not be liable for it.
2.6.2 The purpose of Pawfex AI APP introducing third-party services is to enrich Pawfex AI APP products and thus create a better service experience for users. However, the responsibility for defects or errors arising from third-party services shall be borne by the third party and has nothing to do with Pawfex AI APP. Of course, Pawfex AI APP will review or audit the services provided by third parties, but due to the professionalism of the services, omissions are inevitable. Third-party service providers are not exempt from liability due to Pawfex AI APP's review or audit omissions.
2.6.3 Pawfex AI APP has the right to review and manage the applications provided by third-party developers, and has the right to remove third-party applications without notifying users. Pawfex AI APP will not be liable for the impact and losses caused to users as a result, which shall be borne by the user or negotiated with the third party, but Pawfex AI APP will do its best to protect the user's rights and interests from infringement.
2.6.4 When using third-party applications, users must agree to: (1) authorize the use of their own Pawfex AI APP account to log in to third-party applications; (2) agree that third-party applications can obtain their own personal data to obtain corresponding products and services.
2.6.5 Any dispute between the user and the third-party developer arising from the use of third-party applications shall be negotiated and resolved by the user and the developer. The relevant responsibilities and compensation shall be borne by the developer alone, and Pawfex AI APP shall not bear any responsibility.
3.1 Pawfex AI APP legally enjoys all legal rights and ownership of Pawfex AI APP products (including but not limited to intellectual property rights and ownership). All copyrights and other intellectual property rights of Pawfex AI APP, as well as all information content related to Pawfex AI APP, including but not limited to: text expressions and their combinations, icons, graphics, icons, color combinations, interface design, layout framework, relevant data, printed materials, or electronic documents are protected by relevant Chinese intellectual property laws and regulations and relevant international treaties.
3.2 The products and information such as technical software provided by Pawfex AI APP products and through Pawfex AI APP products, except for those uploaded by users themselves or clearly marked as provided by a third party, all rights belong to Pawfex AI APP.
3.3 Pawfex AI APP owns patent rights, patent application rights, trademark rights, copyrights, and other intellectual property rights in connection with Pawfex AI APP products and related services. Pawfex AI APP has not granted users any intellectual property rights related to Pawfex AI APP because of this Agreement or because it provides users with Pawfex AI APP and related products and services. All rights not expressly granted to users in this Agreement are reserved by Pawfex AI APP.
3.4 In order to provide you with "Pawfex AI APP" and related services, you grant us the right to access, use, host, cache, store, copy, transmit, display, publish, recommend to the homepage, distribute, modify your content, and create other content based on your content (including but not limited to the rights stipulated in the copyright law such as the right of reproduction, the right of information network dissemination, the right of adaptation, the right of performance, the right of translation, the right of compilation, etc.). The above authorization and license are free, worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, perpetual, and irrevocable. The scope of use of the above rights includes but is not limited to use on current or other websites, applications, products, or terminal devices. You hereby confirm and agree that the company has the right to use it by itself or license a third party to use it in any promotion, advertising, marketing, and/or research related to the above content, "Pawfex AI APP and related services, the company and/or its affiliates, and their respective brands, or to otherwise develop and utilize your content (in whole or in part). For the avoidance of doubt, you understand and agree that the rights granted above include the right and license to use, copy, and display the personal image, portrait, name, trademark, service mark, brand, name, logo, and company mark (if any) that you own or are licensed to use and embed in your content, as well as any other brand, marketing, or promotional assets, materials, etc.; when the company exercises its rights based on the above authorization in accordance with this Agreement, it does not need to obtain your consent or notify you separately.
4.1 Protecting users' personal information is a basic principle of Pawfex AI APP. Pawfex AI APP will collect, use, store, and share your personal information in accordance with this Agreement and the "Privacy Policy". If there is a conflict between the provisions on the protection of personal information in this Agreement and the "Privacy Policy", and if this Agreement does not clearly stipulate the relevant content of personal information protection, the content of the "Privacy Policy" shall prevail.
4.2 When you register for an account or use the products and services of Pawfex AI APP, you may need to fill in some necessary information. If there are special provisions in national laws and regulations, you need to fill in your real identity information. If the information you fill in is incomplete, you may not be able to use the products or services of Pawfex AI APP, or you may be restricted during use.
4.3 You can browse and modify the information you submit at any time, but for security and identity verification (such as account appeal services), you may not be able to modify some of the initial registration information and other verification information provided during registration. Pawfex AI APP reserves the right to review your modification of personal information.
4.4 Pawfex AI APP will not transfer or disclose your personal information to any non-affiliated third party, unless:
(1) Required by relevant laws and regulations or by courts or government agencies;
(2) Transferred to complete a merger, division, acquisition, or asset transfer;
(3) With your prior authorization;
(4) You use the sharing function;
(5) For academic research or public interest purposes;
(6) To enhance user experience and provide personalized promotion services within the scope permitted by laws, regulations, and policies;
(7) Other situations that we deem necessary and do not violate mandatory legal provisions.
4.5 We will not provide your sensitive personal information to anyone without your consent.
4.6 Pawfex AI APP attaches great importance to the protection of minors' information. If you are a minor under the age of 18, before using the services of Pawfex AI APP, please carefully read and understand this user agreement together with your parents or guardians, and use our services or provide us with information with the consent of your parents or guardians. If you violate laws and regulations or the content of this Agreement, you and your guardians shall bear all the consequences arising therefrom in accordance with the law.
5.1 Registration Eligibility
You confirm that when you complete the registration process or actually use the products and services provided by Pawfex AI APP in other ways permitted by Pawfex AI APP, you should be a natural person, legal person, or other organization with full civil rights and full civil capacity. If you do not have the aforementioned subject qualifications, you and your guardians shall bear all the consequences arising therefrom, and Pawfex AI APP has the right to cancel or permanently freeze your account, and reserves the right to claim compensation from you or your guardians.
Minors under the age of 18 and other persons with limited civil capacity should use the products and services of Pawfex AI APP under the guidance of their legal guardians.
5.2 Registration and Account
5.2.1 To fully use the products and services provided by Pawfex AI APP, you must register for an account provided by Pawfex AI APP. The user (you) is responsible for the authenticity, legality, validity, and completeness of the information provided when registering for a Pawfex AI APP account, and shall maintain and update your personal information in a timely manner to ensure that the information is true, legal, and valid.
5.2.2 The ownership and related rights and interests of your registered account in Pawfex AI APP belong to the company. After you complete the registration procedures, you only have the right to use the account. Your account is for your personal use only. Without the written consent of Pawfex AI APP, it is prohibited to give, borrow, rent, transfer, sell, or otherwise license others to use the account in any form. If Pawfex AI APP discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that the user is not the initial registrant of the account, Pawfex AI APP has the right to temporarily or permanently terminate the provision of services to the registered account, and has the right to cancel the account without assuming legal responsibility to the user who registered the account.
5.3 Pawfex AI APP hereby specifically reminds you to protect your account and password, and not to disclose your account and password to others. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for all activities that occur under your account and password (including but not limited to information disclosure, information release, online click to agree or submit various rules and agreements, online renewal of agreements or purchase of services, etc.). Pawfex AI APP cannot and will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to comply with the provisions of this clause. You are solely responsible for the theft or loss of your account due to malicious attacks by others, your own reasons, or other force majeure factors, and Pawfex AI APP shall not bear any responsibility.
5.4 You can set a nickname for your account. The nickname you set shall not infringe or be suspected of infringing on the legitimate rights and interests of others. The user promises to abide by the following regulations when setting a nickname:
(1) Do not register with the real name, style name, stage name, or pen name of party and state leaders or other social celebrities;
(2) Do not register with the name of a state agency or other institution;
(3) Do not register uncivilized or unhealthy names, or accounts containing discriminatory, insulting, or obscene words;
(4) Do not register accounts that are prone to ambiguity, cause misunderstanding by others, or otherwise do not comply with legal provisions.
If the nickname you set is suspected of infringing on the legitimate rights and interests of others, Pawfex AI APP has the right to terminate the provision of some or all of the software services to you. Pawfex AI APP shall not bear any responsibility for this, and you will bear any direct or indirect losses and adverse consequences arising therefrom.
5.5 The user agrees to authorize Pawfex AI APP to use the user's information resources for the following reasons:
(1) To perform software verification and upgrade services;
(2) To improve the user's use security or provide customer support;
(3) When providing specific services at the user's special request, it is necessary to provide information to Pawfex AI APP or its associated third parties or other users;
(4) To use various non-personal private data for commercial purposes, including but not limited to providing value-added services, advertising, targeted advertising, marketing, joint registration, promotion, or other activities to third parties;
(5) At the request of judicial or government agencies;
(6) To improve the user experience;
(7) Other situations that are beneficial to the interests of users and Pawfex AI APP and do not violate any mandatory laws and regulations.
5.6 User Cancellation
If you have carefully considered and decided to give up your Pawfex AI APP account, and meet all the cancellation conditions stipulated by Pawfex AI APP, you can contact us to apply for the cancellation of your Pawfex AI APP account. Once a Pawfex AI APP account is cancelled, it cannot be recovered. Please back up all information and data related to your Pawfex AI APP account before operating. Pawfex AI APP will not bear any responsibility for the adverse effects on you caused by your application for account cancellation.
6.1 Users are responsible for their own online behavior, including full responsibility for the content they publish, upload, or transmit (including text, comments, pictures, etc.). Users must promise that any content published on the Pawfex AI APP platform complies with the laws, regulations, rules of the People's Republic of China, and the management specifications of Pawfex AI APP. Pawfex AI APP has the right to delete any content published by users that does not comply with the management regulations, and does not assume any responsibility.
6.2 Pawfex AI APP is committed to creating a civilized, rational, friendly, and high-quality communication environment. When users use functions such as comments, they must undergo real-name authentication in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, otherwise, you will not be able to use the above functions. When using functions such as comments, you must strictly abide by the provisions of relevant national laws and regulations. Pawfex AI APP will continue to strengthen its corresponding information security management capabilities, earnestly fulfill its social responsibilities, abide by national laws and regulations, respect the legitimate rights and interests of citizens, and respect social public order and good customs.
6.3 Users promise that in the process of using Pawfex AI APP products and services (including but not limited to: text, comments, picture content, etc.), they will consciously abide by the "seven bottom lines" requirements of laws and regulations, the socialist system, national interests, citizens' legitimate rights and interests, social public order, moral customs, and information authenticity, and will not publish, reprint, or transmit any of the following content, otherwise Pawfex AI APP has the right to deal with it on its own without notifying the user. Users shall not publish the following information:
(1) Opposing the basic principles established by the Constitution;
(2) Endangering national security and leaking state secrets;
(3) Subverting state power, overthrowing the socialist system, inciting secession, and undermining national unity;
(4) Damaging national honor and interests;
(5) Advocating terrorism and extremism;
(6) Advocating ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, and undermining ethnic unity;
(7) Inciting regional discrimination and regional hatred;
(8) Undermining national religious policies and advocating cults and superstitions;
(9) Fabricating and spreading rumors and false information, disrupting social order, and undermining social stability;
(10) Spreading or disseminating obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror, or abetting crime;
(11) Endangering network security, using the network to engage in activities that endanger national security, honor, and interests;
(12) Insulting or slandering others, and infringing on the legitimate rights and interests of others;
(13) Using violence to intimidate or threaten others, and conducting human flesh searches;
(14) Involving the privacy, personal information, or data of others;
(15) Spreading foul language and damaging social public order and good customs;
(16) Infringing on the legitimate rights and interests of others such as privacy rights, reputation rights, portrait rights, and intellectual property rights;
(17) Spreading commercial advertisements, or similar commercial solicitation information, excessive marketing information, and spam;
(18) Using languages other than the common language and characters of this product for comments;
(19) Being completely irrelevant to the information being commented on;
(20) The published information is meaningless, or deliberately uses character combinations to evade technical review;
(21) Infringing on the legitimate rights and interests of minors or harming the physical and mental health of minors;
(22) Taking secret photos or recordings of others without their permission, and infringing on the legitimate rights of others;
(23) Containing content of terror, violence, blood, high risk, or endangering the physical and mental health of the performer or others, including but not limited to the following situations:
1) Any content of violence and/or self-harm;
2) Any content that threatens life and health, uses dangerous equipment such as knives to perform, and endangers one's own or others' personal and/or property rights;
3) Content that encourages or induces others to participate in dangerous or illegal activities that may cause personal injury or death.
(24) Other information that violates laws and regulations, policies, and public order and good customs, interferes with the normal operation of Pawfex AI APP, or infringes on the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties.
6.4 When using Pawfex AI APP products and services, users promise to abide by the following regulations:
(1) All actions implemented comply with national laws, regulations, and other normative documents, as well as the provisions and requirements of various rules of Pawfex AI APP, do not violate social public interests or public morals, do not harm the legitimate rights and interests of others, and do not violate the relevant rules of this Agreement.
(2) Do not publish product or service information that is prohibited by the state or suspected of infringing on the intellectual property rights or other legitimate rights and interests of others, do not publish product or service information that violates social public interests or public morals or that Pawfex AI APP believes is not suitable for publication on Pawfex AI APP, and do not publish other information suspected of being illegal or violating this Agreement and various rules.
(3) Unless otherwise agreed between the user and Pawfex AI APP, the user shall not make commercial use of any data/materials in Pawfex AI APP, including but not limited to using all content displayed in Pawfex AI APP in any way such as copying or dissemination without the prior written consent of Pawfex AI APP.
(4) Do not use any device, software, or program to interfere or attempt to interfere with the normal operation of Pawfex AI APP or any transactions and activities being conducted on the Pawfex AI APP platform.
(5) Unless otherwise mandatorily stipulated by law, without the express special written permission of Pawfex AI APP, no unit or individual may illegally copy, reprint, quote, link, crawl, or otherwise use the information content in Pawfex AI APP products in whole or in part in any way, otherwise, Pawfex AI APP has the right to pursue its legal responsibility.
6.5 After obtaining the written permission of Pawfex AI APP, the user's sharing, forwarding, and other behaviors of the information and content of Pawfex AI APP software and related services shall also comply with the following specifications:
(1) No changes shall be made to the source web page of Pawfex AI APP software and related services in any form, including but not limited to the homepage link entrance of Pawfex AI APP software and related services, and no obstruction, insertion, pop-up window, etc. shall be made to the display of the source web page of Pawfex AI APP software and related services in any form;
(2) Safe, effective, and strict measures shall be taken to prevent the information content of Pawfex AI APP software and related services from being illegally obtained by third parties in any form, including but not limited to "spider" programs;
(3) The relevant data content shall not be used for purposes other than the scope of written permission of Pawfex AI APP, for any form of sales and commercial use, or disclosed, provided, or allowed to be used by third parties in any way.
6.6 The user fully understands and agrees that:
(1) If the user violates the aforementioned commitments and specifications and produces any legal consequences, the user shall independently bear all legal responsibilities in his or her own name and ensure that Pawfex AI APP is exempt from any losses or increased expenses arising therefrom.
(2) If the user violates the law or the provisions of this Agreement and causes Pawfex AI APP to be claimed by a third party, the user shall fully compensate Pawfex AI APP for all expenses (including but not limited to various compensation fees, litigation agency fees, and other reasonable expenses incurred for this purpose).
(3) When a third party believes that the content/products (including but not limited to videos, pictures, text, etc.) published and uploaded by the user infringe on its rights, or the effective legal documents of the national administrative or judicial organs confirm that you have illegal or infringing acts, or Pawfex AI APP, based on its own judgment, believes that your behavior violates the provisions of national laws and regulations or is suspected of violating the terms of this Agreement, Pawfex AI APP has the right to decide to delete the relevant information on its own.
(4) If you find that the content (including but not limited to pictures, videos, text works, etc.) published by users in Pawfex AI APP infringes on your prior rights, you can report it through online reporting (the feedback entrance on the product setting page) or contact us.
(5) For the works and content (including but not limited to pictures, videos, text works, etc.) uploaded, published, and stored by users in Pawfex AI APP, the user guarantees that he or she has the legal copyright/copyright or corresponding authorization for such works, and the user agrees to grant Pawfex AI APP a free, irrevocable, indefinite, and transferable non-exclusive right to use all the above works and content worldwide. Pawfex AI APP has the right to display, distribute, and promote the aforementioned content, and has the right to copy, modify, publish, distribute, and otherwise use the aforementioned content in any form or authorize a third party to copy, modify, publish, distribute, and otherwise use it. Pawfex AI APP may use the aforementioned works and content for its own promotion or other legal purposes. If you do not agree to authorize Pawfex AI APP to use them, please contact us.
(6) For content and products on Pawfex AI APP that are suspected of being illegal, in breach of contract, or infringing on the legitimate rights of others, Pawfex AI APP has the right to delete them without notice and does not assume any responsibility.
7.1 The user understands and agrees that in the process of using the services of Pawfex AI APP, they may encounter risk factors such as force majeure, which may cause service interruption or delay. Force majeure refers to objective events that cannot be foreseen, cannot be overcome, and cannot be avoided and have a significant impact on one or both parties, including but not limited to natural disasters (such as floods, typhoons, earthquakes, etc.), social events (such as wars, riots, government actions), etc. When the above situations occur, Pawfex AI APP will strive to repair the products and services, but Pawfex AI APP is exempt from liability for the losses caused to you to the extent permitted by law.
7.2 To the extent permitted by law, Pawfex AI APP shall not be liable for service termination or obstruction caused by the following circumstances:
(1) Damaged by computer viruses, Trojan horses, or other malicious programs, or hacker attacks;
(2) The user's or Pawfex AI APP's computer software, system, hardware, and communication lines fail;
(3) Improper user operation;
(4) The user uses this service in a manner not authorized by Pawfex AI APP;
(5) Other situations that Pawfex AI APP cannot control or reasonably foresee.
7.3 The user understands and agrees that in the process of using the products and services of Pawfex AI APP, they may encounter risks and damages brought by network information or other users. Pawfex AI APP is not responsible for the authenticity, applicability, or legality of any information or products, nor is it responsible for the damages caused to you by infringement. These risks include but are not limited to:
(1) Information from others that is anonymous or pseudonymous and contains threatening, defamatory, offensive, or illegal content;
(2) Any psychological, physiological, and economic damage caused or likely to be caused by being misled or deceived by others when using the products or services under this Agreement.
7.4 Pawfex AI APP has the right to deal with illegal and non-compliant content, products, or services in accordance with this Agreement, but this right does not constitute an obligation or commitment of Pawfex AI APP, and Pawfex AI APP does not guarantee timely discovery and corresponding treatment.
7.5 For the individual products or services provided to you by the individual product operators through Pawfex AI APP, the individual product operators shall independently bear all responsibilities and obligations related to the individual products or services, and other Pawfex AI APPs shall not bear any responsibility or obligation for this.
8.1 Users should use Pawfex AI APP and its services in a standardized and legal manner. If a user publishes information that is illegal, violates social morality, or violates the provisions of this Agreement, or engages in acts that violate relevant laws and regulations or this Agreement, Pawfex AI APP has the right to take the following measures:
(1) Directly delete content that violates laws and regulations or this Agreement;
(2) Suspend or restrict your right to use Pawfex AI APP and its products and services, including but not limited to restricting your use of some or all of the functions and products, services, etc. of Pawfex AI APP;
(3) Terminate your right to use Pawfex AI APP;
(4) Reclaim your account, and at the same time have the right to prohibit you from applying for or obtaining a new account in other ways;
(5) Pursue your legal responsibility in accordance with the law and claim corresponding damages.
8.2 Pawfex AI APP has the right to suspend, change, or terminate Pawfex AI APP products or some of their functions according to business development needs, and has the right to decide whether to (continue to) provide a certain product and service in Pawfex AI APP; for the foregoing situations, Pawfex AI APP is not obligated to notify users.
8.3 Unless otherwise stipulated by law, the user is responsible for backing up the data stored in Pawfex AI APP. If the user's service is terminated, Pawfex AI APP has the right to permanently delete all your relevant data in Pawfex AI APP from the server, and is not obligated to return or provide the aforementioned data to you in any form.
8.4 You can enable and use individual or specific services in the Pawfex AI APP software. Some individual services may require you to accept a specially formulated agreement for that service or other rules that bind you and the provider of that service. Pawfex AI APP will provide these agreements and rules for you to review in a conspicuous manner. Once you start using the above services, you are deemed to have accepted the constraints of the relevant agreements and rules for individual services at the same time.
9.1 The user agrees that Pawfex AI APP may send you advertisements, promotions, or publicity information by itself or by third-party advertisers during the provision of services; the manner and scope of which may be changed without special notice to you.
9.2 For the advertising information sent and promoted to you by Pawfex AI APP, the user should judge its authenticity and reliability on their own and be responsible for their own judgment. Except as expressly provided by law, Pawfex AI APP shall not be liable for any transactions or losses/damages you suffer as a result of such advertising information.
9.3 Users shall not block or filter advertising information in a manner not permitted in writing by Pawfex AI APP.
